FORM is a digital recruitment onsultancy founder by Fraser Merrifield.

Fraser s a technical recruitment specialist with over 20 years experience in building technical teams across a wide range of industries including IT, Digital, Telecommunications, Engineering, Subsea and Energy.

Fraser excels not in the engineering itself, but in the engineering of teams. He’s worked with some of Scotlands most ambitious startups and scaleups as well as building entire functions for global tech employers.

His  process is focussed around building complementary cultures, skillsets and career paths so that each individual brings a unique element to your team.

Think Tetris – but with people.
